| RMT Woodworth has just been awarded a new production program from an automotive tier one supplier. This program will launch this quarter and will be processed in our facility located in Detroit, Michigan. |

| RMT OPENS NEW FACILITY IN PLYMOUTH, MICHIGAN |
2005- RMT opened a new facility in Plymouth, Michigan. The new facility is capable of medium to high volume heat treating. Their “State of the Art” furnaces allow RMT to provide processes such as Oil Quench & Temper, Carburize & Harden, Heat Set, Stress Relieving, Normalizing and Aging.
RMT's equipment is continuous batch furnaces that enable us to rack parts in baskets and specially designed fixtures. This also allows RMT to provide strict lot control and traceability at production rates with repeatable, consistent results at competitive prices. |

| RMT AWARDED MULTI YEAR CONTRACT FROM G.M. |
| 2007- RMT Woodworth was awarded a multi year contract from General Motors. The contract is for their Powertrain division and will launch in the spring of 2007. We will be opening a new facility in Plymouth Michigan to service this contract. |
