Abdulmalik (Malik) Algahaim
Plant Manager
Malik has over 20 years of experience in various positions within RMT Woodworth. He currently manages more than 80 employees and the production schedules for all three shifts. He oversee all daily operations of the plant to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He develops processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Jon Murphy
Quality Manager
Jon has worked in manufacturing for over 30 years with nearly 20 years of experience in quality and management. Jon is a certified auditor in IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. He has worked in automotive, steel, aerospace, and defense industries. His experience includes effective problem solving, continual improvement, training & mentoring.
Rodney Falsetti
Director of Sales
Rodney has been working with the Woodworth family of companies for over 30 years. He has always been involved with sales and marketing and has helped the company grow from one facility to its current five facilities.
Kemal Turkovic
Shipping Manager
Kemal has over 20 years experience in shipping and receiving. He is lean operations certified, and his focus is on inventory management and lean logistics along with team building and improving safety practices in his department. He has been with RMT Woodworth for several years and has worked his way up from the shipping floor to his current management position.
Pamela Bissonnette
Controller
Pamela has 40 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Administration. She has been with RMT since 2014 in the position of Controller. She manages the full financial aspects of the company, including Financial Statement Preparation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources.
